Does all companies have their own SEC attorney's? If i remember correctly their so called SEC attorney was advising them on the share structure, nothing about filing form 4's.



In the post that you placed here it says that they were also meeting with financial consultants so one would have to assume that these were the people that were evaluating the share structure. The SEC counsel would have been the one that was being asked about the legal issues.

I really don't think that it is that unusual that a public company would have an SEC attorney to deal with stock legalities in order to make sure that they were not breaking the rules.

Unless you were IN the meetings with the SEC Counsel how could you posssibly know what the attorney was advising them on????? You were not IN the meetings correct??????
