The divi will not occur on the 17th, that is just the qualification date of record. The divi is so far away that I am not sure why it is even being talked about, as shareholders have nothing official by the actual issuing company as in a Form 8-K for example. Instead you have a Press Release "couched" behind a Safe Harbor Statement. Further the timeline for such a process from audits to acceptance by the SEC is more like 6 months from start to finish.
