NLionGuy, they flood the state. Especially the Valley and the coast from Port Aransas to South Padre Island. Not to mention the big border lakes like Amistad and Falcon along the Mexico border. San Antonio and the Hill country gets their fair share too. I think its called money, money, money...LOL
