Very very good post Ant, nailed it right on the head with that one.!!!Sometimes people can't see the forest because of all the trees but if you somehow can stand back and look at everything that has been accomplished...little by little we are getting there. Like you said "it might not be at the speed some would like" but for others, we are just fine with the progression to date. Have a good evening 8)
