There are some that don't have any CREDIABLITY AT ALL. THEY DON'T KNOW A SINKING SHIP WHEN THEY SEE IT.
After reading Franks with chronilogical events of EI Management dumping shares close to and even on the days that they PR's/Twitted. In addition to not reporting the transactions in a timely manner and let's not forget, discussing the R/S and dumping while leaving the sheep to believe that they can do without the LOC.
