Its a real mess, and hard to get up to speed, longs around here are very suspicious, about me, and anyone else who is not up to speed...that being said, carlos mendoza was intimidated by daic and chose, against shareholders best interests, to preserve himself and not the company, his actions did not represent shareholders, fortunately some shareholders figured out that they did not need to stand for such pizz poor representation against daic and hence we are here today. It does not matter what carlos did at this point, its all about what daic did to damage calypso, but the joke is on him now since he can't do a "in house" auction and sell the patent to himself anymore, so as high rider has so numeriously pointed out, the patent grap is over.
