those are purely risk plays... I would have probably been out with you... all of the banks that have gov't hands in them are near impossible to predict..

actually just got a text from my buddy pertaining to Citi(C) he said that he likes the chart and thinks $5 is possible come years end... I told him to look somewhere else as I dont even analyze plays like that due to too much dilution and govt influence
