The 10K will show that finances have been cleaned up since the days of TenStix. Since all interest in the gaming days of TNTI this has done a complete 180.

Very little, if no more debt. They acquired a money making venture - scalecars.com (which made approximately $300K run on a part time basis), and started up driversdigs.com. I agree that revenue's from that aren't going to be flowing. But the next revenue stream announced, with proper marketing, will be a cash cow.

As Mark told me, "Scalecars.com will be a very small part of our revenue stream."

If I am wrong about the 10k I will consider eating another one of my hats. - LOL
