Around $25,000,000 has already traded hands in the 10 sessions since the IND was approved, which represents about 25% of the current market cap. They're not buying the company based on current revenues, because there aren't any.
They're buying in anticipation of future revenues, the $25 to $30 billion dollar market that the company just submitted another IND for.
The new group of investors I was referring to are those that have bought 1/4 of the shares outstanding in the last 10 sessions. I don't know the names of any specific funds that have bought.
Will most of these shareholders lock up their shares to the completion of the trials and beyond? I think so.
