Why would ANY BIG stock GOLD COMPANIES file NI 43-101's that have gold mines in USA???

All of these US companies are wrong? It adds "legit" to the company to allow investors to avoid scams.

Ok- since this has been brought up a zillion times now; What type of report SHOULD they be using if not the NI 43-101. What do American exchange traded companies use instead? Don't know. I'm asking
