That may be true about the assets. I really don't know, but the reason the audit isn't being completed imo has nothing to do with that. Management seems to make many promises and keeps NONE of them. I used to believe that these promises were honest and sincere. I now believe that they were merely an attempt to artificially pump up the stock price. Read the PR's from this year and see how it always says that the BOD is "Discussing" or "entered into discussions." Pure pump imo! I'd bet the BOD hasn't had a real meeting in years. Of all the promises made this year, how many have actually carried out?
its pretty clear from the '87 lanza lawsuit is that its really hard to get anything from him because he always gets away w/ everything, re caddo--who knows
