yea but for those of us how have scottrade will suffer because they will lock our shares up for many days, and we who have scottrade will not be able to trade our shares untill this is long over with. the lady i spoke with said there was no time frame to get these accounts corrected so i feel like we will get shafted and stuck with worthless shares

But let's say Scottrade have to cover the position, wouldn't that put a major DENT to the company(scottrade)? Do you think that this might have been planned by those who have shorted them that wanted to screw with a few longs?
