HQSM (details inside), Jasonak, I am catching the falling knife as well. Barrons still selling, possibly driving down share price. The effects of the Sealink acquisition were not fully recognized last quarter.
Sealink had revenues of $8M for the 12 months prior to the Aug 17 acquisition by HQSM. So Sealink's revenues were only counted from Aug 17 - Sep 30 for last quarter, so I expect to see higher revenues for 4Q, probably $1M than 3Q. So revenues of at least $9M.
The bad thing here is that HQSM was wanting to make some acquisitions this year, which they may have been counting on to reach the $.11 EPS estimate, but at such a low P/E ratio, it is going to be tough since they only have $5M cash on hand and their stock won't go very at this valuation.
