Market cap is measured by O/S, not float. $1 is out of the picture. It will only be in the picture if the merger is worth $700M+ (thats if the O/S doesn't get raised by the merger). As he said, keep it real.

It doesn't matter, the float doesn't determine market cap, the outstanding shares are what matter...
