Truthfully Vegita...IMO it is common sense, knowing, that when PSC sent out his mailer, his followers were gonna be buying. His followers were in the tens of thousands almost hitting 60,000 before he got arrested. So, for example, lets say 25,000 of his followers bought a sub penny stock he promoted. I ll go low and use $500 worth @ .001. Thats 500,000 shares..... x 25,000 is what, 12,500,000,000 worth of shares traded. You can adjust the price and amount of $$ used but as a ball park low end figure you get the picture how that can move the PPS of a sub penny stock!! And to say 25,000 of his followers bought his picks is generous because PSC didn't grow because his picks were not going up. So, is that insider info?? Ehhhh I am not a lawyer, but I guess only MM's and the Wall St. traders are allowed to know that kind of info and not some average joe like me. Now I am not saying PSC was legally legit as to what he was doing, he was stupid and definately sold shares he received for promoting stocks...but I for one definately made a lot of $$ on his picks and because of that, made me buy Small Cap Gold companies that rewarded me well.
