with the payments due in the next 12 - 24 months payable in COMMON STOCK that means we can see HEAVY dilution into 2011.

at the same time they are carrying a LOSS every year. Altho they ARE gaining ground the LOSS is growing FASTER then they are gaining.

DEAD END STREET for them.
