How is being paid in shares in lieu of a salary and dumping those shares on unsuspecting investors not getting a salary? Eternal clearly said the officers were not getting salaries. They neglected to mention how what in effect was a salary (share dumping) actually contributed to the massive tank in their stock and losses to all other investors but insiders.
