I am not of the legal profession, but these stocks,SEVA,FFGO,IVIT,THRR, and on and on,are how it's done.It is wrong no doubt, but the is no money in prosecuting these. If you need or would like a great lesson, review the whole history of the stock SEVA. The whole family, Tom his sister, are professional schemers, I mean business people. Of course this is just my OPINION!! Follow a few of them, and it's kinda funny once you get it.
