No but here's the real issue...he has claimed he CAN & WILL certainly in regard to the resurrection.
For someone claiming this, you'd expect to see some effort, skill and results to go along with it. The guy's so powerful right he can't make Jeff PR within the TIME FRAME that Jeff HIMSELF GAVE and he gets HIS OWN agreement with Jeff trampled upon. IRO plays MESSENGER BOY when it suits but when something different is required he depicts himself as having POWER & INFLUENCE. Does he flip flop according to his audience? You be the judge.
IMO Jeff & Ken are about to find out what real power is as the actions of UpstateChris move up a gear. JMO.
