Because if they settle it 1 on 1 with that poster only, and next weekend somebody else reads that post about LJ taking grandmama, and brings it to this board also, then those who never about it, start calling and e-mailing SHG, asking the same questions other posters already have, so I agree with SHG, it's better to make everyone aware so the same thing does not happen again!
