Have patience. Things take time, they are under NO obligation it appears to address any rumors on message boards. Keep in mind this same thing happened back in May so it's a broken record.
To me this is being handled professionally by the companies involved if rumors are true.
The deal could be in negotiation still or perhaps a major shareholder doesn't like the terms... who knows.
This isn't something you order up in a drive through window... it takes years to formulate.
Both parties may have already agreed that since the deal was leaked somehow they postponed it... WHO KNOWS? Chill out.
