In theory the wording allows for wiggle room. In practice it does not because the company knows how it has been interpreted by the market and because there was no mention of this date in the latest PR.

"expects" Exactly.Unfortunately,a stock as popular as SAEI attracts hordes of relatively inexperienced traders.To the clueless no report by the 5th means 'scam'and there are plenty of negative posters here trying to get them to panic and sell for there own benefit.MM's are not stupid,they know how easy it is to panic the timid and steal their shares,and believe me,they are not worried about any puny fines.Why do think they just aaccept the fines without fighting or admitting wrongdoing?This board sounds like a bunch of scared lemmings with a bunch of 'concerned'posters feeding their panic.Didn't we just double our money last week?All the terrific DD done here shows that we are headed into the dollars here and soon.Nothing has changed.Why panic.Thanks to you,stervc and gaza and a coupla others here for adding a little sanity to the board!
