I'm not quite sure if we actually lost RCI as I previously thought. I think Jedi has a valid point that the 5000 shares returned to Melvin are worthless as all the assets have been transferred to GLER.

I still have my doubts..but if we did lose RCI...well...that is one hell of an uneven trade.
