Jack, thanks for posting the newsletter. I wouldn't have seen it until Monday.
My thoughts on the newsletter...most of it was stuff we already knew.
What I still want to see...
1. financials - This quote erks me quite a bit actually "...due to the creative nature of our work, POW's projects are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, so deal terms, product sales, and financial results, etc. are hard to comment on."
Well, lets look at that closely...why is it then that other publicly traded entertainment companies don't have a problem releasing financial results? If it's too hard for POW then hire someone who can do it. Or do they just not want to do it because they have something to hide? What's the holdup?
2. Are any of the movies in "development" actually in the process of being filmed or cast at the moment?
3. no mention of Celedon and where things are with them.
Other than that, it's all fluff. Better fluff than no fluff..but still fluff. I'm not selling any of my shares anytime soon, but neither will I be buying any until they share financials. I think it's still to risky. If they're true to their word of wanting to uplist, and share that information then they need to do it already.
