can you share with the board what Nick said when you asked him why he sold/disposed of every single share of ETNL and didn't report it until 25 days after the R/S was approved but not announced..

you do realize numerous complaints were filed with the SEC today regarding Nick's illegal insider trading activities don't you?

you do realize numerous complaints were filed with the SEC and two other federal agencies today regarding Nick's violation of SEC reporting laws regarding his share sales 25 days later than federal law requires don't you..

you do realize your 880,000 shares are soon 44,000 don't you?

I thought officer had to file form 4 before selling shares?? So I'm forwarding some of those detailed posts to the SEC anyway. Now I know why that stock was dropping like a rock insider trading. Nothing may happen but if nothing was done wrong my compaint to the SEC won't matter. But I hope other investors go to the SEC as well.

In the long term, does it really matter since there is not enough sales or interest in theior products to keep them going much longer? Just a different way of dieing.

I'm a longterm investor, and I disagree. I've got almost 3 million shares, and I am very confident that once we see 4th quarter earnings, and Eternal Image has sold 500 caskets to Mathews, there will be no more room for negative posts, or lecture-type rants from folks on this board.

Instead of taking this borad seriously good or bad, I simply call Eternal Image anytime I feel a question needs to be answered. Since all of the posts here come from fortune 500 company owners that made ZERO mistakes on their way to dominance, I prefer the real deal.

For Example:

Mathews and Eternal Image's LOU is IN MOTION AS WE SPEAK. END OF DISCUSSION. If you dont believe me, call Eternal Image. Mathews has introduced the Vatican and Star Trek products. The reason the Star Trek Urns are a bit "bland" compared to Eternal's idea is that Mathews' selling is geared more towards cemetaries that have specific and rigid space guidelines for Urns. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON-----DONT MAKE ANYTHING MORE OF IT.

These are facts. And if you cant seem to get over the fact that Eternal Image was novice to business world (like 99% of star-up companies) then why dont you go elsewhere? Why are you people here throwing negative comments around when there are thousands of other companies you can invest in? Why?
