LOL, I'm sure John and JBII are smarter than that. Total bull would probably be an upgrade to them.

A disgruntled FIRED employee suing for the shares he says he didn't get yet he filed a form 144 two months ago to sell them and obviously "forgot" to inform his lawyer? Or the blatant violation of his employment agreement? lol lol lol lol lol lol

Smells like somebody is desperately trying to get something just ahead of full scale commercial production.

I doubt that JBI and Bordynuik think the Kaplanis lawsuit is "total bull" at this stage.

nor do I, Scion. in fact, i am very concerned about this lawsuit. it seems to have legs and merit, inasmuch as its longevity, i.e., not being dismissed on lack thereof.

in general, its not good when the CEO, or a company is getting sued. especially in its fledgling stage.

please keep reporting the status, as many of us are interested.

if this thing gets more leg, and the court finds against "honest John"...........its gonna be a whole new ballgame around here. no doubt he will be thrust into the same tier as any other scummy pinky CEO.

and by the looks of this suit, hes more than half way there.

I doubt that JBI and Bordynuik think the Kaplanis lawsuit is "total bull" at this stage.

Are you suggesting JBI and Mr. Bordynuik believe the lawsuit has merit? If so, do you think Mr. Bordynuik moved to dismiss the claims against him just so he could incur unnecessary legal expenses?

Funny - I saw nothing from MK saying he was at work doing what he was paid to do. Anyone see anything saying he showed up to work and performed his duties? He was being big bucks - you see any results? No wonder he was let go.
