According to the 10Q outlying the terms of sale, the soonest that any action could take place was Dec 1 so we now have the green light to merge, we just need to complete the merger and get the news out.

I understand your sentiment but the timing of the filings are beyond our control. What we can control though is our emotions. We either sell or hold. Take a breather and be decisive. Patience is such a wonderful and rewarding virtue. GLTA.
