Yep,
If you look at todays after hours orders for MOT 2.2 mil one order was for 2 million @ 8.25 geeze
looks like a big day coming Monday. I was a little to greedy today and did not follow my rules and sell, my out is between 8.25 and 8.27 I hope it pays to go another day RSI looked good and w% was still strong past close. The momentum tells me we should break 8.30 before a pull back. I could be wrong lately it seems my timing and reads are off. I should be making more profit but I have been gun shy and miss a good chunk of the trend. Still will have plenty of time to get this back before the cut off 21st. Like you said there will be time after the split. I was going to sell right after the split and take some off the top. More than likely will see good numbers on the free new shares but I think a down trend will be on MOT within the month after and till the end Q1 at this time should be a good entry again.
It would do Motorola good to check out Irvine Sensors (OTC IRSN) new stacking chips truely the fastest I know of anywhere. The government is considering using them.

Yes, those were the days.....I still have an A2000 and two A1000 units(along with tons of hardware/software), which I haven't fired up, for say 10 years or so. But I still hang on to them, because they will be "antiques" soon, and possibly rise in value. Ah, the days of the 680X0 series processors, and a separate graphics processor, to allow true multitasking......I'm a long time MOT holder, having first bought in at $ 37.XX, then seeing it "fall", thought I would "average down"(Ha!) by buying more at $ 15.XX. Well, it continued falling from there, and was never to regain its value. Maybe now after the "split up", at least the Two-Way division will not "suffer", from the competitive cellular side losses. Sad to see that the old ticker will "retire". MOT, will only be a memory.
