If any investment organization does it's due diligence they will not invest. I suspect the finances would not stand up to a true audit which would be required before any investment could take place. if his legitimate business practices were mistakes why would an investment organization support this. We'll see.

Remember the AS/Float was 20-25B and Morris bumped it to 75B so he would have more shares to sell again. If he was just R/S'ing to get the share count down then the AS would not have been bumped to 75B and he would truly be getting financing. He has no confidence in the shares he currently owns and there value and needs more shares to sell based on what we are seeing. He will be selling those 5M+ shares for whatever he can get then bump the AS again.
