looks as if someone is trying to prop up the price with small purchases at the ask. The chart I like to look at is volume by price. Both today and yesterday, most of the volume is/was at the lower part of the trading range (which is not a good sign), but the small purchase at .19 near the close (and the .20 purchase @ 1:33pm today) make it look like a good day.
