Kickass, nobody like the "D" word to be thrown around. It's a momentum killer. So we now know for a fact it was dilution. But understanding WHY it was dilution is significant. If the dilution is just to pad the pockets of the insiders, then dilution is a horrible thing. But if the dilution is to raise money to get things in motion for the company, it's not such a bad thing (unless you're a daytrader and get caught with your pants down). Now that we have a better understanding of what has been happening for the past couple of months, we can kinda breathe a collective sigh of relief. IMHO, the printing press has shut off.
