Brokedaddy-Very good post! There are little indications that the deal is on but we have to have the patience in order to make HUGE amounts of money. A director giving up his restricted shares is HUGE and the deposit on the 10Q is HUGE. GO INBG .25 to .50 cents coming SOON IMO!!!!

Its also odd he had 50,000 preferred D shares and only converted 15,000 of them.How long would he have to wait to sell his restricted comman shares?
