You have ZERO evidence that is true. I KNOW you have zero evidence that is true. Expo Holdings, Inc. won't say on the record that the shares haven't been issued. Call them...ASK. Record the conversation in case Brown tells you they haven't been issued yet...it may come in handy in the future. In the meantime, I guarantee you have ZERO evidence the shares have not been issued, but feel free to produce what evidence you have besides a T/A agent suggesting they may not have been, ;-). And read the SEC's definition of "issued" you may find it enlightening. All IMHO.

How could that possibly be known? Are you implying there couldn't have been that many *real* shares transacted?
