No sorry. The only other broker I have experience with is Fidelity, which doesn't seem too bad. 7.95 flat fee for all trades, but you have to call them for first penny trade and get a lecture on how its more risky 1st. Then you are good to go. Scottrade charges a % premium on any penny stocks buys above and beyond the $7 trades which I am not particularly fond of.
