Don't know what you're talking about. Are you taking credit for something that hasn't happened yet. There has been no extension granted nor applied for in the Federal case. If you're guessing then that's fine, but I don't think you can say "told you so" it hasn't happened and may never happen. Usually people take credit after the event actually happens not before, because you are not in fact correct until the event happens. This concept might be too hard to comprehend, but that's how it usually works.

It seems pretty clear that the state case impacts the federal case. Consider the statement "At the same time, a trial currently scheduled for November in state court will resolve the ownership dispute between the Plaintiffs over the patent-in-suit" is part of the justification given to the court for the 90 stay, it seems fairly clear that there was a probability of a request for an additional extension as soon as the state court trial date was moved back from November. The bigger question is, why hasn't anyone filed for the additional time yet?

In any case, I will make a SWAG that you will see some minor insider action (buys) concurrent with the request for an additional stay. PR by Form 4 showing management still has confidence in the company. Just a guess. I won't ask anyone to kiss any part of my anatomy if I am right.
