"SEC is watching" Well we can only hope that is the case. I hope they are watching very very closely. Not because I want the company to fail, but because I think we need the oversight, and I want the company to succeed. My pockets are inside out on this one and time is an enemy because of age. So, I hope they are watching everything.

"The 'SEC is watching' a small OTCBB company". Thats good news and should reassure the common shareholders tremendously.

I would also assume that the SEC 'was watching' Madhoff, Enron, Tyco, Lehman Brothers and other large and influential companies too. I'm not that the investors and common shareholders of those entities and individuals are convinced that the SEC is capable of properly 'watching' companys.

Its interesting reading. It seems that the SEC most often catches the bad guys well after the vast majority of the money involved is long gone.

I'm glad you feel comfortable with the SEC watching over your investment. The government is so good at all it does.
