If they don't reduce the A/S from 10 billion while they reduce the restricted shares and the float stays where it is....

Whats the point in all of this?

Exactly, OS under 1b now. Or the document delay may have ment that #2 stalled until now and that would mean 2b. Either way, it's going down and filings in the next few month o put that in order once and for all.
