A lawsuit would only make sense if there are assets. It is my understanding that there is already a previous high six-figure judgement against Nicosia's predecessor company, Dermacia, and I would imagine that this party would move aggressively against Nicosia/VIVK at the first chance.
This company has nothing, and Nicosia has his personal assets hidden in the Nicosia Family Trust in an apparent move to shield them from his business ineptitude.
