Also Frank Lanna has a little more connection to MDGC than just the Clear board. Again your research is not correct.

Frank Ianna began his professional Career with Bell Laboratories the R&D Subsidiary of AT&T in 1972. In his professional career at AT&T he held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Development Operations and International Services. In 1998 Frank was named President of AT&T Network Services, and during his tenure in that capacity was responsible for all voice, data an wireless networks (operations, engineering and capital programs), Business Customer Care Operations, CIO Functions as well as Access Management. In this capacity he reported directly to the CEO, and then later the President of AT&T.

During this time Frank served on the Boards of the privately held companies Wytec (’99-’03), and Cyberfone (’00-’01), and a public Company partially owned by AT&T called Excite@Home (8/’00- 10/’01). Frank also held Board positions on the Non-profit Organizations NACME (’99-’03) and Cancer Hope Network (’98-’03).
