does sound silly to me, do not see any way that splitting or issuing shares combats shorting. sound like a pretty isolated incident to me and not the normal reason for or reaction to shorting. so long as owvi does not split or issue new shares which they have not and do not seem to be looking to do we are ok and it is more likely a more common reason to all of a sudden see shorting again. when days to cover are 1 then yes it means nothing but when the timing is suspicious as in no real shorting volume then once buying starts to see a big increase when we are to think there is still a lot of selling pressure, well that is something.
seems more likely to me that david is on to something and prior and his 'investors' are going to be or already are buying in preparation to another pump. only question to me is, how high will it go and what will the new support be when it ends. if the pump contains the news we want that should build a nice base and set up a good foundation for moving forward.
i do agree about the shorting part, need to find a good broker for that. seems much easier than buying for short term moves...
