Agree that they may be going for a broader plastic supply......however, it would seem to me that if they go the narrow route now, i.e. industrial scrap, and broaden the supply at a later time........that would be a good idea. And who knows how large this industrial supply is.......could keep them in plastic for months if not years.
And a narrow supply at this time shouldn't require a SWP.
Bottom Line: The sooner we can start running the processor and selling fuel the better...............z
