I asked whether JBI would be able to commence operations under the air permit, before the solid waste permit is granted. He said that they are going to work with JBI on that, and that they would like to see that happen.

I didnt want to seem like I was trying to pin him down, but I did ask a second time if he thought that was the way it was going to play out and he said yes.

So keep the fingers crossed and hope JBI stays completely cooperative.
