They have lost the case against Yxx....

Clsc did not understand or define what "short selling" is ...

And also FAILED to mention to the judge that the price drop was also due to PR about the drug results...

It looks like CLSC went into this court case ill prepared and is going to loose the case because of that


I just hope that the BK case goes better than this...!

Messiah and Carmine deleted my post and those that answered my post!!
I guess if you do not praise the company, those in charge here have no use for you. I wonder if I-Hub realizes that their "moderators" do not want a dissenting opinion from the company line. Thankfully, I copied my original post as well as this one, and we will see if I-Hub only wants moderators who toe the company line.

So much for freedom of speech on the internet. I do wonder if anyone pays these guys.
