That was brutal - if you want Wamu to win.
Everyone else should realize that although the judge asked some tough questions yesterday, there is no way that Steinberg didn't raise some tough questions today. The whole mechanics of the POR are being blown up, especially as concerns the LTWs, the Wamu board's role, the negotiation of the settlement with JPM, etc. These guys look like clowns - they can't even say how they valued the claims and estate, for Pete's sake.
