Maybe or maybe not, see BEHL probably sold the shares to a broker for a discount at .0002 or .00025 as someone was talking about earlier. They agree upon a set figure and the broker unloads them onto the market for whatever they can get. But take note, they do not sell for losses, they sell for profits here. So they are reluctant to let it sink below .0002 right now. To maximize profits over the long term they will continue to sell here and when they are down to certain quantity they will let them go for whatever they can get.

But yes BEHL has gotten money from this either way, just hard to say how much capital they were given for the shares.

With the overhead being reduced
because of fewer employees, I would think that
Behl can keep their doors open for awhile longer.
