99.999%????....I'm assuming you are trying to say most company R/S to dilute...cause I don't believe that you have witness every single R/S out there.
Warren buffet will not get involve with pennies cause he will such an impact on the stock....it would be screwed up.
Anyways...What I read was that Warren buffet looks for mergers (buyouts, acquisitions, etc..) and tries to figure out if both sides of party are satisfied and no hostile take over. Usually the PPS rise at a certain point. Kind of, I said kind of, what we got here, GBOED...which is why I'm asking if you have ever experience mergers with R/S?
