Who cares if its oil can Stan or Stan the man, ya'll are having a convo that was hashed out two weeks ago!! We know this Clean, Debt free, Fully reporting for 10 years Shell has been purchased, TRDY had a debt of over 2.5 mil which was absorbed by the Seller, hence he had to have been paid well over 2.5 mil for this shell an probably more like $5 mil!! These transactions only occur when the buyer has a Big Revenue producing entity I got my tickets and add as much as I can, this is a very rare situation, just as qsgiq was very rare in coming out of bk with commons intact!!
