We are not talking about a filing here. What we are talking about is a lawsuit filed against another entity that DOES NOT MENTION OR IMPLICATE ETERNAL IMAGE IN ANY WAY. So should we discuss lawsuits against Ford, or GE, or any other company here on the Eternal Image board???
What I am saying is that the Lawsuit is NOT the topic of this board. I would imagine that IHUB has boards specifically to disscuss legal actions taken against individuals and companies.
I agree and it goes to show how dire the companies finances are when they have to work out these loans with a sleezy lender like that.Why shouldn't investors know and discuss it.
