Hammer, why would this issue go up based on the commodity of gold? Briscoe's 6 years away from production. If you took all the value of LBSR and divide by 36mm shares in 2004 and then the same value and divided by 571mm shares today you'd get a downtrending stock price. Exactly what is happening now.

How many shares outstanding will he build by 2016 at tickle of first gold? Impeach Briscoe.

I would venture a guess any so-called "delay" in announcing the JV has more to do with the note in the NAK filing that PLP has for a limited time the option to acquire NAK's position...
