but tradewell..this is what I'm trying to figure out...if the previous shell debt was converted to stock there must have been a designated # of shares given @ that time...so when Dan is quoted as saying he wished the conversion rate was higher what difference does it make unless he had to issue more shares to cover the lower price?

Actually, Dan told me something different when he started the company but since I'm hearing 3rd hand rather then 1st hand, I'll state that Dan told me that the Shell had little or no debt and no lawsuits and it was one reason why he purchased it.
